       The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 344 - 345
    4  and insert:
    5  Notwithstanding the restrictions in this subparagraph, an
    6  association may print and distribute to parcel owners a
    7  directory containing the name, parcel address, and telephone
    8  number of each parcel owner. However, an owner may exclude his
    9  or her telephone number from the directory by so requesting in
   10  writing to the association consent in writing to the disclosure
   11  of protected information described in this subparagraph. The
