    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369986) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 243 - 247
    5  and insert:
    6  Agriculture and Consumer Services pursuant to s. 581.131 which
    7  that is issued for the cultivation of more than 400,000 plants,
    8  be operated by a nurseryman as defined in s. 581.011, and have
    9  been operated as a registered nursery in this state for at least
   10  30 continuous years.
