       Senator Hays moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369986) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 270 - 278
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) By July 1, 2016, the five dispensing organizations
    6  chosen for low-THC cannabis may seek authorization to produce
    7  cannabis, as authorized by this section, only after the
    8  Department of Health has received and approved additional
    9  information in a supplemental application process.
   10         (d) By July 1, 2016, the Department of Health shall
   11  authorize an additional 25 dispensing organizations that meet
   12  the requirements of s. 381.986(5)(b)2.-7. A new application
   13  process shall begin immediately upon this act becoming a law. An
   14  applicant involved in an ongoing administrative licensure
   15  challenge is not eligible to apply.
   16         (e) Allow a dispensing organization to make a wholesale
   17  purchase of low-THC cannabis or medical cannabis from, or a
   18  distribution of low-THC cannabis or medical cannabis to, another
   19  dispensing organization.
   20         (f)(c) Monitor physician registration and ordering of low-
