       The Committee on Health Policy (Galvano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (813832) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 56 and 57
    5  insert:
    6         (e) A telehealth provider may not use telehealth to
    7  prescribe lenses, spectacles, eyeglasses, contact lenses, or
    8  other optical devices or prescribe based solely on the
    9  refractive error of the human eye generated by a computer
   10  controlled device such as an autorefractor.

   14         Delete line 74
   15  and insert:
   16         substances, with an exception; prohibiting the use of
