       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Bullard) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 735 - 738
    4  and insert:
    5         (18) REPORTS.—The Department of Education and the Agency
    6  for Persons with Disabilities shall, by February 1 of each year,
    7  provide an annual report to the Governor, the President of the
    8  Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives
    9  concerning the effectiveness of the program.
   10         (19)(18) RULES.—The State Board of Education shall adopt
   11  rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to administer this
   12  section.
   13         (20)(19) IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL
