    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 29
    4  and insert:
    5  24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution. This exemption applies
    6  to personal identifying information held by the department, a
    7  county, a municipality, or an expressway authority before, on,
    8  or after the effective date of the exemption. This subsection is

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 9
   13  and insert:
   14         use of toll facilities; providing for application of
   15         the exemption; providing for future
