House . . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Regulated Industries (Hooper) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 147 - 302 4 and insert: 5 Section 6. Subsection (4) is added to section 509.241, 6 Florida Statutes, to read: 7 509.241 Licenses required; exceptions.— 8 (4) ONLINE ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTIONS.—Except as provided in 9 paragraph (c), each person who plans to open a public lodging 10 establishment or a public food service establishment and each 11 licensee or licensed agent must create and maintain a division 12 online account and provide an e-mail address to the division to 13 function as the primary contact for all communication from the 14 division. 15 (a) Licensees and licensed agents are responsible for 16 maintaining accurate contact information on file with the 17 division. 18 (b) Each licensee issued a license or licensed agent 19 managing a license classified as a vacation rental or timeshare 20 project, as those terms are defined in s. 509.242(1)(c) and (g), 21 respectively, must submit any change in the street or unit 22 address or number of houses or units included under the license 23 within 30 days after the change. All changes must be filed with 24 the division through the division’s online system. 25 (c) The division shall adopt such rules as are necessary to 26 carry out this subsection. The rules must include a provision 27 that specifies circumstances under which a public lodging 28 establishment or a public food service establishment and each 29 licensee or licensed agent may opt out of the requirement to 30 have a division online account. 31 Section 7. Subsection (2) of section 548.043, Florida 32 Statutes, is amended to read: 33 548.043 Weights and classes, limitations; gloves.— 34 (2) The commission shall establish by rule the acceptable 35 difference in weight between participants; however, the maximum 36 difference in weight in boxing matches mayshallnot exceed 12 37 pounds, except matches in the cruiserweight and heavyweight 38 classes and exhibitionsheld solely for training purposes. 39 40 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 41 And the title is amended as follows: 42 Delete lines 26 - 45 43 and insert: 44 requiring certain individuals related to public 45 lodging establishments and public food service 46 establishments to maintain a division online account 47 and provide the division with specified information; 48 requiring the division to adopt rules; providing 49 requirements for such rules; amending s. 548.043, 50 F.S.; deleting a requirement limiting the types of 51 boxing exhibitions which require a specified maximum 52 difference in participant weights; providing an
