House . . . . . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation (Grimsley) recommended the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Delete lines 290 - 299 4 and insert: 5 Section 3. Paragraph (f) of subsection (2) of section 6 220.1845, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 7 220.1845 Contaminated site rehabilitation tax credit.— 8 (2) AUTHORIZATION FOR TAX CREDIT; LIMITATIONS.— 9 (f) The total amount of the tax credits which may be 10 granted under this section is $21.6 million in the 2015-2016 11 fiscal year,and$5 million in the 2016-2017 fiscal year, and 12 $10 million annually thereafter. 13 Section 4. Subsection 4 of section 376.30781, Florida 14 Statutes, is amended to read: 15 376.30781 Tax credits for rehabilitation of drycleaning 16 solvent-contaminated sites and brownfield sites in designated 17 brownfield areas; application process; rulemaking authority; 18 revocation authority.— 19 (4) The Department of Environmental Protection is 20 responsible for allocating the tax credits provided for in s. 21 220.1845, which may not exceed a total of $21.6 million in tax 22 credits in the 2015-2016 fiscal year,and$5 million in tax 23 credits in the 2016-2017 fiscal year, and $10 million in tax 24 credits annually thereafter. 25 26 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 27 And the title is amended as follows: 28 Delete lines 27 - 30 29 and insert: 30 requests; amending s. 220.1845, F.S.; increasing the 31 total amount of an authorization for tax credits; 32 amending s. 376.30781, F.S.; increasing the total 33 amount of tax credits the department is responsible 34 for allocating; providing an effective
