       Senator Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 242 - 258
    4  and insert:
    5         (13) This section does not apply to a physician licensed
    6  under chapter 458, chapter 459, or chapter 460 who employs a
    7  licensed massage therapist to perform massage on the physician’s
    8  patients at the physician’s place of practice. This subsection
    9  does not restrict investigations by the department for
   10  violations of chapter 456 or this chapter.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 31 - 32
   15  and insert:
   16         exempting certain physicians from massage
   17         establishment licensure requirements; providing
   18         applicability; amending s. 480.0465, F.S.;
