       The Committee on Community Affairs (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 69 and 70
    4  insert:
    5         4. Be consistent with, or more stringent than, the flood
    6  resistant construction requirements in the Florida Building Code
    7  and applicable flood plain management regulations set forth in
    8  44 C.F.R. part 60.

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 3 - 4
   13  and insert:
   14         163.3178, F.S.; specifying requirements for the
   15         coastal management element required
