       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 94 - 98
    4  and insert:
    5  or s. 775.083. As an alternative to a first degree misdemeanor a
    6  law enforcement officer may issue a civil citation as specified
    7  in paragraph (3)(a) of this section.
    8         (c) Commits a felony of the third degree for a violation
    9  that occurs after the minor has been being found to have
   10  committed a misdemeanor of the first degree for sexting,
   11  punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
   12  As an alternative to a third degree felony a law enforcement
   13  officer may issue a civil citation as specified in paragraph
   14  (3)(a) of this section.

   20  and insert:
   21  additional penalties in certain circumstances; providing for law
