       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1720 - 1728
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Each state executive committee and affiliated party
    6  committee shall file regular reports with the Division of
    7  Elections. Such reports must contain the same information as do
    8  reports required of candidates by s. 106.07 and must be filed at
    9  the same times and subject to the same filing conditions
   10  established by s. 106.07(1) and (2) for statewide candidate
   11  reports filed with the division. Each county executive committee
   12  shall file reports with the supervisor of elections in the
   13  county in which such committee exists. Such reports must contain
   14  the same information as do reports required of candidates by s.
   15  106.07 and must be filed at the same times and subject to the
   16  same filing conditions established by s. 106.07(1) and (2) for
   17  county candidate reports filed with the supervisor of elections.
