       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Clemens) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2222 and 2223
    4  insert:
    5         Section 32. The Legislature finds that due to the
    6  corrupting effect that unlimited campaign or political
    7  contributions has on the integrity of the political process, it
    8  is within the best interest of the state to restrict individual
    9  contributions to electioneering communications organizations to
   10  $500 per year.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 73
   15  and insert:
   16         106.08, F.S., in references thereto; providing
   17         legislative findings related to individual
   18         contribution amounts to electioneering communications
   19         organizations; providing
