       The Committee on Appropriations (Latvala) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1937
    4  and insert:
    5  to this subsection remaining on deposit shall use such funds to
    6  pay for professional services provided by a certified public
    7  accountant or attorney for preparation of the elected public
    8  official’s final financial disclosure filing pursuant to s.
    9  112.3144 or s. 112.3145, or give such funds to
