       Senator Burgess moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (906044) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 100 - 104
    4  and insert:
    5  homeowner’s policy covering personal residential property
    6  located in this state within 12 months following the effective
    7  date of the nonrenewal or cancellation of such policy by an
    8  admitted carrier affiliate as that term is defined in s. 624.10.
    9  This restriction does
