Floor: 9/AD/2R . 04/25/2014 11:40 AM . ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— ————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— Senator Sobel moved the following: 1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 2 3 Between lines 1009 and 1010 4 insert: 5 Whenever a delay or disability of the child is suspected, the 6 parent must be referred to a local child developmental screening 7 program, such as the Child Find program of the Florida 8 Diagnostic and Learning Resource System, for screening of the 9 child. 10 11 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 12 And the title is amended as follows: 13 Between lines 39 and 40 14 insert: 15 requiring a parent to be referred to a local child 16 development screening program under certain 17 circumstances;
