The funds shall be used to reimburse eligible postsecondary institutions for tuition and related instructional material costs for dual enrolled students. For fall and spring terms, institutions shall be reimbursed for tuition and related instruction taken by private school or home education program secondary students. For summer term, institutions shall be reimbursed for tuition and related instruction taken by public school, private school or home education program secondary students.
