The Committee on Appropriations (Bean) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 051             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Connecting Everyone with Second Chances 
Spec App:  190           (CESC) for homeless services (Senate Form 1558) in 
                         the Department of Children and Families and reduces 
                         funds by the same amount from the Florida Health 
                         Care Connection (FX) in the Agency for Health Care 
                         Administration.
