On Page: 235             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Baldwin's  Stolen Saddle Ranch Water 
Spec App: 1607A          Project (Senate Form 2121). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Statewide Capital Depreciation.
