                         funds for the Backup Generator - Secondary Special 
Spec App: 2592           Needs Shelter - Leon (Senate Form 1545). Reduces 
                         $150,000 in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         the Blountstown FEMA Waiver (Senate Form 1491).
