On Page: 184             This amendment provides $75,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue for a human trafficking public 
Spec App: 1322           information campaign.  It decreases funds from the 
                         Department of Corrections' fixed capital outlay 
                         appropriation category in a like amount.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 1322, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1322, $75,000 in nonrecurring 
general revenue funds is provided for a statewide public education 
campaign on television and radio for educating the public about the 
dangers and indicators of human trafficking and the methods of reporting 
these crimes to law enforcement agencies.  These funds shall be provided 
to a non-profit organization and must be matched on a three to one 
basis.
