On Page: 362             Provides $205,000 nonrecurring general revenue funds 
                         in the Department of State Historic Preservation 
Spec App: 3107           Grants for the Historic Fulford Fountain Renovations 
                         in North Miami Beach. Nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funding for Economic Development Tools in the 
                         Department of Economic Opportunity is reduced by the 
                         same amount.
