                         State Economic Enhancement and Development Trust 
Spec App: 2242A          Fund for Village Hall Renovation in Biscayne Park. 
                         Decreases funding provided to the Department of 
                         Economic Opportunity for Economic Development Tools 
                         by $1 million from the SEED Trust Fund.
