On Page: 287             Provides $250,000 of nonrecurring funds from the 
                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2256A          Trust Fund to the Department of Economic Opportunity 
                         for the Modern Pentathlon - 2014 World Cup Finals 
                         and other major competitions to be held in the 
                         Sarasota-Bradenton area. Decreases funding provided 
                         to the Department of Economic Opportunity for 
                         Economic Development Tools by $250,000 from the SEED 
                         Trust Fund.
