Following Specific Appropriation 1503A, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1503A, $15,079,248 in 
nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to pay 
the final judgments in the case of Bogoroff v. Department of Agriculture 
and Consumers Services (In Re: Citrus Canker Litigation), Case Nol. 
00-18394 (08) CACE, (Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward 
County, Florida), relating to compensation, claims, damages, awards, 
attorney's fees, and costs, resulting from or related to the citrus 
canker eradication program in Broward County.  Such funds shall 
constitute full, exclusive and complete payment for all judgments, 
compensation, claims, awards, attorney's fees, and costs, including all 
claims, both existing or that were asserted or could have been asserted, 
related to the citrus canker eradication program in Broward County.  The 
funds appropriated reflect $10,597,090 for compensation including 
accrued interest through December 31, 2013, and $4,482,158 for 
attorney's fees and costs. Release of these funds is subject to the 
notice and objection requirements of section 216.177, Florida Statutes.
