                         State Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) 
Spec App: 2242A          Trust Fund for Rebuilding Together of Miami-Dade, 
                         Inc. Decreases funding provided to the Department of 
                         Economic Opportunity for Economic Development Tools 
                         by $500,000 from the SEED Trust Fund.
