On Page: 385             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Feeding Northeast Florida Emergency Cooler 
Spec App: 2872           Unit (SF 3055) and reduces the Department of 
                         Management Services Capital Depreciation 
                         appropriation category by the same amount.
