The Committee on Appropriations (Grall) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 300             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for City of Lynn Haven Roadway Repairs (SF 
Spec App: 2069A          2913). Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funds from Nelson Seawall and Outfitting 
                         Berth - Bay County (SF 2900).
