On Page: 300             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Jacksonville SR 104 (Dunn Ave.) at 
Spec App: 2069A          V.C. Johnson Rd.- Intersection Improvements (SF 
                         3385) and provides the same amount to Jacksonville 
                         History Center - Casket Factory Restoration (SF 
                         2538).
