On Page: 300             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Fort Hamer Road 4-Lane Design, 
Spec App: 2069A          Permitting, & Construction - Manatee County (SF 
                         1056) and provides the same amount for the Fort 
                         Hamer Bridge Design, Permitting, & Construction - 
                         Manatee County (SF 1057).
