On Page: 098             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Lee Health Crisis Intervention Center 
Spec App:  384A          (SF 2353). Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from Florida Health Care 
                         Connection (FX).
