On Page: 027             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Resiliency Education in Florida - EmpowerU 
Spec App:  100           Universal K-12 Program (SF 1857).  Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the WIN Florida (SF 1655).
