On Page: 060             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Tri-County Human Services - Jersey Commons 
Spec App:  196           (SF 1708). Reduces the same amount in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from Florida Health Care 
                         Connection (FX).
