On Page: 087             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Citrus Health Network - Housing Deposit 
Spec App:  318A          Assistance for Youth and Families (SF 1715). Reduces 
                         the same amount in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Jackson Memorial Hospital ED 
                         Modernization and Diversion (SF 1869).
