On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for UF Health Psychiatric Hospital - Expanded 
Spec App:  377           Mental Health Services (SF 3423). Reduces the same 
                         amount in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         Florida Health Care Connection (FX).
