On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Life Management Center - Circuit 14 Crisis 
Spec App:  377           Stabilization Unit Improvements (SF 3394). Reduces 
                         the same amount in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Life Management Center - Functional 
                         Family Therapy (SF 3393).
