On Page: 300             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Special Needs Shelter Capacity - Polk 
Spec App: 2069A          County (SF 1301) and provides the same amount to the 
                         CR 557 Widening - Polk County (SF 1302).
