amendment:

On Page: 006             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring PECO trust fund 
                         for USF Veterans, Military Families & First 
Spec App:   18           Responder Service Complexes (SF 1397). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from  USF East Campus 
                         Infrastructure & Safety Improvements (SF 1477).
