On Page: 277             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for St. Johns County All Hazards Fire Rescue 
Spec App: 1851A          Training Facility and Unified Command Center - Phase 
                         1 (SF 2463) and reduces the  St. Johns County South 
                         Ponte Vedra Beach Nourishment (SF 2476) by the same 
                         amount.
