On Page: 060             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Veterans Suicide Prevention Fort 
Spec App:  196           Freedom (SF 1482). Reduces the same amount in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from Florida 
                         Health Care Connection (FX).
