On Page: 331             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds to Sea Change - Expanding at the Florida 
Spec App: 2347A          Aquarium (SF 1627). Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from East Pasco Cultural Arts 
                         - Phase 2 (SF 1709).
