On Page: 262             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Tampa Bay Water: Surface Water Treatment 
Spec App: 1732A          Plant Expansion Design Report (SF 1908) and reduces 
                         the Department of Management Services Capital 
                         Depreciation appropriation category by the same 
                         amount.
