On Page: 275             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Anastasia State Park - Beach Access 
Spec App: 1827           Facility Improvements (SF 2405) and reduces the 
                         Department of Management Services Capital 
                         Depreciation appropriation category by the same 
                         amount.
