amendment:

On Page: 327             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Northeast Florida Builders 
Spec App: 2313A          Association Apprenticeship Facility Expansion (SF 
                         2873) and provides the same amount to the Nassau 
                         County Essential Housing Community (SF 2760).
