At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 377I, INSERT:

From the funds in specific appropriation 377I, $100,000 from the General 
Revenue Fund is provided to expand the Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) 
team model that is designed to provide intensive team-based, 
family-focused, comprehensive services to families in the child welfare 
system with parental substance abuse.  Treatment shall be available and 
provided in accordance with the indicated level of care required and 
providers shall meet program specifications.  Funds shall be targeted to 
select communities with high rates of child abuse cases and used 
statewide.
