The Committee on Appropriations (Smith) recommended the following 
amendment:

                         Development (SEED) trust funds allocated for 
Spec App:                Carribean Chamber Student Entrpreneurship - 
                         Internships and allocates those SEED trust funds to 
                         the Regional Urban Enterpreneurship project.
