From the funds in Specific Appropriation 250, $50,000 in nonrecurring 
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided to the statewide Centers 
for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) and shall be distributed 
equally amongst the centers.

Americans  with  Disabilities  Act (ADA) accessibility modifications and
other critical repairs to state facilities.

AND INSERT:

From   the   funds   in   Specific  Appropriation  277W,  $2,550,000  in
nonrecurring  funds  from  the  General  Revenue  Fund  is  provided for
Americans  with  Disabilities  Act (ADA) accessibility modifications and
other critical repairs to state facilities.
