On Page: 246             Provides $150,000 from the State Transportation 
                         Trust Fund in the Fixed Capital Outlay - Economic 
Spec App: 1927           Development Transportation Projects category for the 
                         Pine Hills/Silver Star Crosswalk in Orange County. 
                         Decreases funding by same amount from the State 
                         Economic Enhancement and Development (SEED) Trust 
                         Fund in the Department of Economic Opportunity for 
                         the Charles Adams Floating Museum in Jacksonville.
