The Committee on Appropriations (Stargel) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 014             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Saint Leo University Robotics 
Spec App:   65B          Bachelor's Degree and Microcredentials Program 
                         (Senate Form 2150). Reduces $250,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from increased expenses in the 
                         State Board of Education.
