On Page: 027             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Workforce Pipeline Project - Matching 
Spec App:  114           Grant (Senate Form 2042). Reduces $250,000 in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from State Board 
                         of Education expenses.
